Teaching Assistant, University of Notre Dame, Fall and Spring 2007-2008

As a Teaching Assistant to Professor Isabelle Torrance’s Greek Literature and Culture class and The Greeks and their Gods, I designed Discussion Handouts, directed discussion classes in Ancient Greek literature, taught a few of the classes myself, graded essays and exams, and met with the students individually for writing assistance.


Lyell Bible College, Fort Smith AR        August 2004-December 2004

As a member of the Faculty of Biblical Greek participated in the design of the Language curriculum and acted as Faculty advisor to the Student Government. Coordinated student recruitment, Public Relations, and Special Events as assistant to the President.

St. Basil’s Academy, Garrison, NY                                             Summer 2003

Provided academic tutoring, counseling, and recreational activities for disadvantaged youth from Greece, Africa, the former USSR, as well as America. Chanted liturgical services in Greek and English for the community. Designed primary school religious

instruction for residents at the Academy. Prepared Bible studies for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese’s Family Life Department.
